Massage de bien-être et relaxation à Chézy

Nature, calm, mindful meditation, the present moment, sharing and empathy are for me important and driving elements of my life.

It was during a year of university exchange in Quebec in 2006 that I had the chance to discover and train myself in the techniques of Swedish massage therapy. Subsequently, I started meditation that I practice for more than 10 years.

My encounters, my researches and my apprenticeships have given me the necessary openness to apprehend each moment of life in full consciousness.

As a teacher by training, I like to transmit knowledge with the only objective of allowing everyone to live fully and calmly in their life.

I am convinced that body and mind work in unison. This is why massage and meditation are for me an effective way to find, establish and readjust this delicate balance.

To give time for oneself is not a selfish act. On the contrary, it allows you to be more attentive to the other while being well in your body and in your mind.

That's why I wanted to train myself to offer you a moment just for you, to take a break to find you, recharge and leave refreshed to new adventures.
